Pixel Ecom LLC provides website design, development, and digital marketing services for businesses. By purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Website Ownership

Upon full payment, you own the website design and content created for your business. You are responsible for domain registration, hosting fees, and ongoing maintenance unless covered by a separate service agreement.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are final. If you are not satisfied with the delivered work, we will make reasonable revisions at no additional cost within 14 days of delivery.

5. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Pixel Ecom regarding our services. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pixel Ecom LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, code, and content created by Pixel Ecom remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership transfers to the client.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
